Step 1

Contact Approved Property Buyers for a FREE valuation of your property.

Call 01472 352395 and speak to a member of our friendly and experienced team (or you can fill out our contact form on the homepage or send us a text, and we will call you back right away). They are on hand to give you the best advice on how we can help to buy your house fast. They will ask some basic and non-intrusive questions about your property and the valuation process will begin. Sometimes a valuation can be given over the phone.

Step 2

We make an offer within 24 hours.

After we have gathered the information that we require about your property, we will call you (usually within 24 hours) and make an offer for your property. As we are a local firm, and if you prefer, we can either come round to you see you in person or you can call in to our office and we will talk you through your offer. Whatever you are comfortable with.

Step 3

Contracts signed, solicitors arranged and a sale managed through to completion, and never a penny to pay.

Once you are happy with your offer, our acquisitions team will act swiftly to ensure that the sale of your house is completed as quickly as possible. We will instruct a solicitor for you and all of the paperwork and steps along the way will be managed by us.
