Jess had a 3 bedroom terraced house that she bought back in 2008. 18 months ago, Jess met the man of her dreams,
and they decided to move in together. As her boyfriend’s house was bigger, they decided to sell hers and subsequently
put it on the housing market through a local estate agent.
Since then, she had received very little interest from any buyers and the house was practically empty but still costing her nearly £600 per month to run.
